ITINERARY

The length of stay is seven nights. Whereas travel arrangements to and from Bologna are the responsibility of each participant, we will assist in arrangements, if desired. Upon arrival in Bologna, you will be met for the trip to the locanda. Your plans should enable you to arrive in time for the lunchtime meal. In addition to the cooking classes, you will visit the residence of a famous scientist and inventor and the ceramic studio of a producer of “Italia Judaica”, along with personalized tours of the synagogues and museums in Bologna and Ferrara. There will be ample time for shopping in the exquisite shops of Bologna and the region.
