INSTRUCTOR

Jean-Claude Aubertin, born in Épernay, the heart of the Champagne region, presently lives in Villeneuve Les Avignon. He and his wife, Michèle, operate La Mère Germaine located in Chateauneuf du Pape. M. Aubertin is a winner of the Mouton Cadet and Poele d'Or competitions, and a member of Academie Culinaire de France and Les Diciples d'Escoffier.
