INSTRUCTOR

Jean-Claude Aubertin, born in Épernay, the heart of the Champagne region, presently lives in Villeneuve Les Avignon, where he and his wife, Michèle, own Aubertin Restaurant located in a charming 12th century building.

M. Aubertin is a winner of the Mouton Cadet and Poele d'Or competitions, and a member of Academie Culinaire de France and Les Diciples d'Escoffier.
