l'Amore di Cucina Italiana - Toscana

 

There are seven cooking programs, five in Italy, l'Amore di Cucina Italiana (Love of Italian Cooking) in Tuscany, Umbria, or Emilia Romagna, and La Cucina Kasher in Italia (Kosher Cooking in Italy) in Tuscany or Emilia Romagna. In France there are two programs, La Cuisine de Provence (The Cuisine of Provence), and La Cuisine Cachère de Provence (The Kosher Cooking of Provence).

All programs are for a one week period, with five cooking classes, hands-on, in English. In addition, we visit producers of wine, olive oil, cheese, along with museums, and dine out in the charming reastaurants of the regions. There is ample time for shopping.
