ITINERARY

The length of stay is seven nights. Whereas travel arrangements to and from Florence are the responsibility of each participant, we will assist in arrangements, if desired. Upon arrival in Florence, you will be met for your trip to the hotel. Your plans should enable you to arrive in time for the lunchtime meal.

In addition to the cooking classes, you will visit the museum of a famous shoe manufacturer and other points of interest in Tuscany. There is apersonalized tour of the 19th century synagogue in Florence, and a visit to Siena and its synagogue. There is ample time for shopping in the exquisite shops of Florence and the region.
