ACCOMMODATIONS

You will be staying at Borgovivo, an agritouristic property near the medieval village of Torre del Colle, approximately one half hour from Spoleto, owned by the Ricciolini family. It is the result of a qualified restoration of a 19th century farmhouse, affording modern day comforts.

The bedrooms and the sitting area provides a relaxed country atmosphere. There is a restaurant, where the classes will held, along with a pool on the premises. Breakfast and certain meals will be prepared by the staff. The Ricciolini family has a wine and olive oil production.
