INSTRUCTORS

Silvia Maccari, owner of Camilla in Cucina, is a cooking teacher, olive oil expert, and has authored a book of family recipes and history. Eros Patrizi is a teacher at Scuola di Cucina ‘Cibo e Benessere’ in Trevi and is the chef at his family-owned, Trattoria del Festival, in Spoleto.
